5. To review, discuss, and take action regarding the annual membership activity at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, not to exceed $70,000.
10. To receive a report from Ricardo Martinez of Martinez Architects and take action on District construction matters, including the approval of any Pay Applications or Change Orders related to the District’s construction projects.
11. To review, discuss, and take action regarding any real estate matters of the District.
12. To receive the District Financial Report and take any necessary action on District investments and District Financial reporting matters.

19. To allow the Fire Chief to present to the Board the reports for the Fire Marshall, Commissioner of Health, and review the Commissioner Court requirements for budgets and taxes.
20. To allow the Fire Chief to present to the Board for its approval the list of pools the district is going to use during 2026.
21. To allow the Fire Chief or her delegate to present to the Board the City Gate Status Report.
22. To allow the Fire Chief to report the status of the HR Audit.
