10. To review, discuss and take action regarding any real estate matters of the District: a. Station 19 Land

11. To review and take action on the ratification of a continuing Contract with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP pursuant to §6.30 of the Tax Code for the collection of delinquent District ad valorem property taxes and providing for the payment of up to 20% of the delinquent taxes, penalties, and interest which are collected by the attorney under said Contract.

12. To discuss and take action on the imposition of additional penalty on delinquent taxes pursuant to §33.07 of the Tax Code and adoption of a Resolution regarding same for taxes.

16. To review, discuss, and take action regarding approving the InfoTrack Process Serving bill for $1,970.

30. Review, discuss, and take possible action regarding alleged misconduct by Commissioner Paiva. a. The Board will review and discuss matters related to alleged misconduct by Commissioner Paiva and take any applicable actions deemed appropriate, including but not limited to, board censure.

31. To review, discuss, and take action regarding items to include on the *December 18, 2025, regular meeting agenda.
